This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for credits purchased on GiveawayPick (giveawaypick.com). Please read it together with our Terms of Service.
Credits are digital items used to run giveaways. They are delivered to your account immediately after a successful payment and do not expire.
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
Credits that have already been used to run a completed giveaway are non-refundable, because the service has been delivered. We also cannot refund charges older than the period stated above, except where required by law.
To request a refund, email us at hello@giveawaypick.com with the email address on your account, the approximate date of purchase and a short description of the issue. We may ask for additional details to verify the payment.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. It may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
