By accessing or using GiveawayPick (giveawaypick.com) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Description of the Service

GiveawayPick is an online tool that helps you pick winners for Instagram giveaways by randomly selecting from the real comments or likes on a public post. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Accounts

To use certain features you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

3. Credits and Payments

Some features run on a credit system. You can run a limited number of giveaways for free, and you may purchase additional credits. Purchased credits do not expire. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and, depending on your location, may be converted to your local currency at checkout. Orders are processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, or another payment provider shown at checkout, which handles payment processing and collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT included in the price.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GiveawayPick only for lawful giveaways and to follow Instagram rules and the laws that apply to you. You may not use the service to run fraudulent, misleading or illegal promotions, to abuse or overload the system, or to infringe the rights of others.

5. Your Giveaways

You are the organiser of the giveaways you run. You alone are responsible for setting your giveaway rules, delivering any prizes, and meeting all legal requirements that apply to your promotion. GiveawayPick only provides the tool that selects winners from real participants.

6. Intellectual Property

The GiveawayPick website, logo and software are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without permission.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, without warranties of any kind. Winners are chosen by random selection from the real participants on your post. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiveawayPick is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
